Warranty & Lifetime Crash Replacement
When you purchase any NEW Scribe wheelset, you automatically join our INFINITY programme which is in place to cover your wheels should you have any unexpected issues.
INFINITY WARRANTY
As cyclists ourselves, we know what it's like to have a warranty issue and we'll support customers in every way possible to make sure your wheels keep turning. We have an experienced warranty team in place to deal with all warranty claims and these go straight to escalation to make sure cases are resolved at the earliest possible date.
ALL SCRIBE WHEELSETS come with a 3 year warranty against material, or workmanship defects. The warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your wheels.
NEW: Replacement bearings for CORE Carbon wheels - for the duration of the Warranty period, we offer 1x complete set of replacement bearings to the original purchaser. If you have bought a set of Carbon wheels from us (since launch), and you need replacement bearings, please get in touch with us and we will send you a complete set (x6) Free of charge! *Steel bearings only, not available for ceramic bearings. These are restricted to one set for the duration of the warranty period to make sure your wheels are buttery smooth. To avail of this, please contact us on team@scribecycling.com and we'll take it from there. *Please make sure all bearings are fitted by a competent mechanic with the correct tools.
Areas not covered by Warranty:
- Warranty does not cover damage to the wheels caused by crashing, impacts, or abuse to the product
- Warranty is void if the product has been modified without Scribe Cycling haven given prior approval for modification
- Warranty is not valid for wheels used for commercial purposes
- Warranty is not applicable to products that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. These parts typically include, bearings, spokes, nipples and braking track.

INFINITY WEAR /CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY
Having the odd tumble can happen through no fault of your own and as riders ourselves, we know it's heart breaking when your pride and joy suffers a bad crash. We been there before and what's worse is finding out you're not supported. Rest assured, you will never experience this with our wheels and we will be there to help if you are in this position.
CRASH REPLACEMENT BREAKDOWN:
- CARBON MODELS: Free Lifetime Crash Replacement. If your carbon wheels are damaged as a result of a crash; we offer a 50% discount on all replacement parts.
- ALLOY MODELS: If your alloy wheels are damaged as a result of a crash, don’t worry. To get you back riding on the road as soon as possible, we offer a complete rim replacement at a very nominal price. Get in touch for more details.
