When you purchase any new Scribe wheelset, you automatically join our INFINITY WARRANTY PROGRAMME, designed to support your wheels should any unexpected issues arise.

Infinity Warranty ( 3 Years )
All Scribe wheelsets include a 3-year warranty against material or workmanship defects. The warranty period begins from the date you receive your wheels.
Your Infinity Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by crashing, impacts, misuse, or abuse
- Products modified without prior written approval from Scribe Cycling
- Wheels used for commercial purposes (rental, fleet use, etc.)
- Incorrect installation, adjustment, or poor maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
Wear components not covered typically include:
- Bearings
- Spokes
- Nipples
- Braking surfaces
* This policy is only applicable to the wheelset's first owner
* Your statutory rights are not affected - 3 years in the EU also
Discontinued / Outlet Models
In rare cases, certain wheel models may be discontinued. While we will always make every effort to provide an exact replacement, this may not always be feasible. In these situations, Scribe reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded rim model as a replacement.
Ownership & Statutory Rights
This policy applies to the original wheelset owner only. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected (including EU protections)
Infinity Crash Replacement Policy
When you're pushing the limits in pursuit of speed, the unexpected can happen. As riders ourselves, we understand how frustrating it is when your pride and joy suffers crash damage. If your Scribe wheels are damaged as a result of an impact or accident, please contact us, we’re here to help.
In all circumstances, we will always aim to reach the most efficient and cost-effective solution, taking into account not only performance and safety, but also the environmental impact of unnecessary component scrapping. In some instances, damage may be deemed cosmetic only. Following a thorough inspection, we may determine that the rim remains structurally sound and safe to continue riding.
We’re always happy to discuss the best course of action and work with you to ensure a sensible, responsible approach is taken to resolve any issue.

* Crash Replacement benefit is reduced to 1 year on models sold under our "RE-Gen" programme.
* Please note: The crash replacement discount applies to components only. It does not apply to labour and/or collection & redelivery costs.
Crash Replacement Breakdown
For warranty claims and crash replacement support, please contact us directly with details of the issue and the cause, with some supporting images of the entire wheel assembly and detailed images of the damage.
- Carbon Models — Free Lifetime Crash Replacement Support; no bolt-on at the purchase stage with a 50% discount on all required replacement parts. Labour & shipping is excluded from the discount.
- Alloy Models — A complete rim replacement is available at a highly reduced rate.
